How It Works
Once you choose your service bundle, the Monthly Plan charge is deducted from your prepaid account balance every 30 days. You need to ensure sufficient funds are in your account balance before your plan expiry date.
Out-of-plan Service Rates
If your Monthly Plan services are used up before your expiry date, or your account balance is insufficient when the Monthly Plan charge is deducted, you can still use your phone as you normally would, but the following out-of-plan service rates will apply:.jpg "out-of-plan service rates")
- Out-of-plan service calling rate is 30 cents per minute
- Long distance calling rate from anywhere in Canada to anywhere in the US is 25 cents per minute, on top of the Canada-Wide calling rate.
- Outgoing Text Messages are 15 cents to the US and 35 cents anywhere else in the world
Adding Money to Your Account Balance is Easy
You can purchase prepaid account top ups in-store or online as needed - or keep it simple with automatic account top ups.
With every payment of your Monthly Plan, your remaining account balance carries forward for an additional 30 days.
Your account balance can also be used for any out-of-plan service, like long distance, 411 directory assistance and the monthly 911 fee.
Mobile Web Browsing
With a Nokia C3, or other compatible devices with Petro-Canada Mobility SIM cards, use our mobile web browsing plans, or integrated WiFi connectivity to access email, Facebook and Twitter.
